It's rather surreal how low they have got isn't it.

This is how I see it.

For whatever reason, Sean is not altogether onside with the main man.

He has managed to hide this to a great extent and allowed the forum to become counter productive to the concepts that the main man espouses.

As things have developed, Sean has become increasingly aware that more and more people have developed some very serious questions about his motivation.

As a result he has got all panicky and is currently doing everything he can to cover his own back. The vocal 'Dissenters' are being targetted and removed by any means in an attempt to quell the coming storm. What happens to less vocal dissenters will then be a matter of him riding the wave.

I guess he thinks that will do the trick. He seems to forget that the tinterweb doesn't stop at the DIF and that we have all built up online friendships, swapped email addies etc and can communicate just as effectively elsewhere.

So, I see that we are doing the right thing by talking here, emailing surviving DIFers and spreading the word. I would like to see us go further though.

We need to draw the attention of the main man to the fact that Credo Mutwa's warning could well be about the people that run his site. This imo should be a pressing focus for us. If only because we need to put to bed the obviously growing speculation that perhaps it is the main man himself that is suss..........

So, how do we contact DI? Presumably he gets a lot of letters and someone else deals with them before he sees them so that may not be the best way.

I do note that there are several folk from the IoW that are members at the DIF.
Would it be possible for us to contact them and see if they can get a message to DI's domicile?

Surely though... some of the other mods are aware of this? They couldn't possibly not be.

We really do need an ex mod over here to throw a bit of light on some things.

I didn't mention it because obviously sean is webmaster but yes, I have concerns about others too. I-am being the main one of course. The actual moderation team seem to be a slightly different kettle of sardines. Individual personalities with inherent flaws like people are. I'm not sure they are what I'd call "in on it" but I do think they take a certain amount of direction from "above".

Cheers for thinking about ways to get concerns to DI himself, I think this is a crucial task for those of us with concerns at the moment.

I think we should concentrate on growing our own little community.

What i see over there is a commercial venture tbh, those who disagree can give me a and ill kindly take it, but i still stick with my opinion.

You guys may have heard of the phrase blaxsploitation, well maybe we are dealing with truthsploitation rather that ignorance.

I can even understand them banning me as soon as they saw my admin title here (not that they can keep me off, Im already back on there)

But they way they are banning anyone who dares log in anywhere other than over there is quite telling to me.

They are behaving like the wardens in the film "The Island" ....not wanting people to take part in a world outside of theirs.

It is based on fear of losing their commercial edge if I had to say.
