Yes, I'm aware of her

And yes, she can be rough at times but I get the impression she hasn't exactly had an easy run of things... which makes me respond differently to her I guess. Don't take it to heart.

In my opinion, her barks alot worse than her bite will ever be and I have to admit a soft spot for her
