Scary stuff. Awful for the people affected by it.

Here's the vid of those flying trucks!
And here's storm chasers footage and helicopter footage of damage
no doubt about it I would have been a storm chaser if I had been born in the US.
I know Loudmouth is not in this area...but anyone know where Batou is located 'cos this storm is heading north?

Frightening. I'm just glad we don't get big ones like that in the UK.

So am I.....especially as the UK gets the greatest Tornado rate for its land area of any country in the world. The Netherlands comes close to the Uk....luckily they are usually very small.

I had a dream a few years ago that there was a big one coming towards my house
I'm scared of them.

I heard from someone that they were headed our way, but then on here someone mentioned they were heading north. Guess I'll know for sure in a few, living in hurricane territory, I know first hand about tornados. Hurricanes can form tornados once the storm hits land. I live on the GulfCoast I guess I should check the weather then

Well I may not be your best choice not being a news watcher, however I might agree only if you let me report what I see first hand.

Absolutely...first hand..on the ground reporting...you'll be asking for a wage next!
When on a smoke break and thought I had some rain to report but it was just the sprinkler system, so darn aggravating.

Thanks guys!!
Yeah, I got word from my peeps and everyone is OK!! Growing up Texan gives you a real strong, healthy respect for Mother Nature, especially between late March to mid July!! Tornado season seems to stretch a little further out in both directions every five or so years.
