I want you all to try something for me.
I want you to put a hooded coat on and put the hood up over your head.
I want you to put some strong sunglasses on.
I want you to put some earphones in.
I want you to close your eyes.
I want you to put together a youtube playlist of calming or soothing songs, basically songs that stir up emotion within you. The kind of emotion that sends shivers down you spine.
I want you to sit there like that, listening to the music and just start thinking and self contemplating. Think about love and think about the negative thoughts that might flood your mind and consider where they come from and that they're not really your thoughts, we are beings of love and light and of empathy and you just need to embrace that empathy.
I just did it and I can honestly say I've just had epiphany's about myself. I was writing out an essay about my conclusions, epiphany's and thoughts but I erased it. I couldn't put it down in writing properly but I thought I'd ask you all to give it a go yourselves. I don't think you have anything to lose giving it a try.
